Workshops are custom-tailored for each client, and typically include up-front discovery work to maximize the workshop setting. Specific topics include Strategy, Lean, Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Change Management, Innovation, and Best Practices.
There is leverage and power in visibility to your process constraints using real-time data. We utilize LEAN methodology with simulation modeling to assist our clients in the identification of bottlenecks that exist in their current processes and resources prior to implementing a process change.
